Ubi-mCherry-OsMCA1 Vector

The Ubi-mCherry-OsMCA1 vector is a plant cell membrane protein fluorescent labeling system that carries a fusion sequence comprising the OsMCA1 gene and the mCherry red fluorescent protein gene, driven by the Ubi promoter. OsMCA1 contains a cell membrane targeting signal that directs the fusion protein to be specifically localized to the cell membrane. The fluorescent signal enables clear visualization of cell membrane morphology and distribution, making this vector suitable for functional characterization and subcellular localization analysis of membrane proteins in monocotyledonous plants.
