Ubi-mCherry-PTS1 Vector

The Ubi-mCherry-PTS1 vector is a plant peroxisomal protein fluorescence labeling system that carries a fusion sequence comprising the PTS1 peptide and the mCherry red fluorescent protein gene, driven by the Ubi promoter. The PTS1 peptide contains a peroxisomal targeting signal that directs the fusion protein to be specifically localized within peroxisomes. The fluorescent signal enables clear visualization of peroxisome morphology and distribution, making this system suitable for functional characterization and subcellular localization analysis of peroxisomal proteins in monocotyledonous plants.
