pCAMBIA-E-LeGPDi-OE Vector

The pCAMBIA-E-LeGPDi-OE vector is derived from the pCAMBIA1300 backbone; it carries the hygromycin resistance (HygR) eukaryotic resistance gene and drives the expression of the target gene under the control of the LeGPDi promoter. It is primarily used for the genetic transformation of fungi (particularly edible fungi such as Shiitake and Pacific claviceps).
