The Pseudomonas aeruginosa Cas9 Gene Editing Kit utilizes CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology to efficiently perform various gene editing operations—including gene knockout, gene knock-in, gene mutation, and the construction of diverse mutant strains—in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The gene editing process leaves no trace or resistance genes behind, allowing the bacterial strains to be readily subjected to subsequent rounds of gene editing. The kit includes all the enzymes and reagents required for the experiment. During use, users only need to synthesize a single sgRNA targeting primer to complete the gene editing process, making it highly convenient. The entire experimental workflow takes approximately one week to complete. Furthermore, once the original sgRNA expression plasmid is removed, a new round of gene editing can be initiated promptly.
