pET28a-SUMO is a high-efficiency prokaryotic protein expression vector derived from the classic pET-28a(+) vector backbone. Its core design involves fusing a 6×His-SUMO tag to the N-terminus of the target protein, aiming to significantly enhance the solubility and expression yield of proteins that are difficult to express (particularly those prone to forming inclusion bodies).
