pCold I
pCold I Vector
pCold I is a cold-shock expression vector jointly developed by Takara and Professor Masayori Inouye, specifically designed for the efficient expression of soluble recombinant proteins in Escherichia coli. The target gene is placed under the control of the cspA promoter, and in conjunction with the lac operon, it enables stringent regulation, ensuring that expression is initiated only under low-temperature conditions in the presence of IPTG.
